1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Caeser Seed Staking platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, contributors, and participants in the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to participate in cryptocurrency activities in your jurisdiction. By using the Platform you represent that you meet these requirements. The Platform is not available to residents of jurisdictions where such activities are prohibited by law.

3. Seed Staking Program

The Caeser Seed Staking program allows eligible participants to stake CAESER tokens in exchange for rewards, subject to the following:

  • Staking rewards are not guaranteed and may vary based on protocol conditions.
  • The stated APY and CashBack rates are estimates only and not contractual obligations.
  • Staked tokens may be subject to lock-up periods as defined at the time of staking.
  • Participation in the seed round is subject to eligibility review and may be denied.

4. Financial Risks

Cryptocurrency and DeFi activities carry significant financial risk. The value of CAESER tokens and any rewards may increase or decrease substantially. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You should only participate with funds you can afford to lose. The Platform does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

5. Smart Contract Risks

The Platform operates via smart contracts deployed on blockchain networks. While contracts are audited, no software is free of bugs. By participating, you acknowledge the inherent risks of smart contract interactions including, but not limited to, bugs, exploits, network congestion, and transaction failures. We are not liable for losses arising from smart contract vulnerabilities or blockchain network issues.

6. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

  • Securing your wallet, private keys, and seed phrases.
  • Ensuring the accuracy of wallet addresses used in transactions.
  • Complying with all applicable laws and tax obligations in your jurisdiction.
  • Verifying all transaction details before submitting them on-chain.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activities.
  • Attempt to exploit, hack, or manipulate smart contracts or Platform systems.
  • Submit false or misleading information in seed request forms.
  • Use automated bots to interact with the Platform without authorization.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and code on the Platform are the property of Caeser and its contributors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Caeser and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of tokens, loss of profits, or data loss.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration to the extent permitted by law.
